With 20+ years of experience in design, analysis and manufacturing you can be sure you’re getting the best advice for your design.
The amount of consulting depends on your need. We can hold your hand in the development of your idea from thought to real product, or we can purely fabricate your prototype from provided CAD models.
We have experience with fully parametric designs, FEM analysis, assembly tolerance design, and use all appropriate tools to ensure a high quality product.

Reality Capture

With the use of 3D scanning technologies (both laser scan and photogrametry), we can provide high resolution, three dimensional models of your real world objects. We can even create CAD data/drawings from the scans and provide you with the ability to have the model fabricated.

Education

We feel it is important to pass on the knowledge we have acquired through experience. That's why we are sharing everything through our YouTube channel and teaching engineering coursers at Centennial Collage.

WHAT WE ARE GOOD AT

Consulting and education is our primary focus. With over 20 years engineering experience, we have the technical knowledge and background to help you and your project.

 

For prototyping we have in house capability for 3D printing in a variety of plastics (both FDM and high resolution SLA), milling things out of aluminum (and some plastics), 3D scanning (both small and large scale), and light fabrication work.
If you only have a napkin sketch or a full set of CAD models and drawings and want a prototype made, contact us.  We take the time to fully understand your design and requirements, then work with you to develop a working prototype. With over 20 years engineering experience, we have the technical knowledge and background to bring your ideas to fruition.

 

At the end of the day, we like working on projects that interest us and that we think are fun, which ensures that you end up with a high quality products.

 

WHAT WE ARE NOT GOOD AT

We are not a high-volume shop, so our quote isn’t a good estimate if you need 1000 widgets made per month.
But we can help you get your design in tip-top shape in order to get the best pricing from high-volume shops.
